Niagara Beyond Birth

Prenatal Retreat

Feel more prepared, confident, & supported on your journey through pregnancy and into motherhood.

Pregnant woman standing indoors, looking to the side, wearing a black bra and an open beige shirt, with decorative wall hangings and plants in the background.

You’re expecting a baby and are filled with excitement, anticipation, and a lot of nervous uncertainty.

You’ve got your hospital tour booked, the crib is ready to be put together.  A friend is organizing your baby shower.  You’ve got diapers in your amazon cart or are exploring your cloth diaper options.

But you would love to cut out all the noise and conflicting messages around sleep, feeding, and your own physical recovery after birth.

You want to know how to maintain a sense of who you are as you move into motherhood.

And you’re not sure how to feel more grounded at a time when you have so much to do, so much is changing, and there are so many questions.

Feeling supported and connected is one of the best ways to start your parenting journey.

Our 1 day Prenatal Retreat gives you a chance to hear from amazing local practitioners. We’ll guide you through your own physical health during and after birth, as well as two of the most likely challenges you’ll encounter as a parent: baby sleep and feeding. This is a day to soak in knowledge, validation, support, and a sense of community with other excited and expectant moms.
